Quite large nice clean room. Perfectly working bathroom but no shower curtain. Wifi ok, but disconnects every 10 15 minutes. Effective and friendly staff. Diner was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was very bad and uncomfortable. Actually many many years ago, I've slept on such a bad matress, the spring type, too soft. The sink in another room than the toilet, quite unpractical. Very beautiful Christmas experience, finesse and originality of the dishes!
The room I occupied was correct (climatized) MAIS the proximity (3 meters from the main track of the commune) is very disturbing especially in the morning from 6h00. An entrance door cleanses as well as the computer keyboard at the reception, plus some details that give an impression of not finished, not maintained.... Catering: a dry duck magret (grabbed then held in the oven) a gourmet coffee? I thought it didn't exist in a restaurant worthy of that name. A cute crust net: dry with badly cooked crust and debridled on the underside! I've seen badly sliced plates at the dried ends. Too bad, because the chef has good ideas, good products but it has to come out of the kitchen. Service, despite all its efforts, appears to be outdated; They tried to be kind. A person even allowed a remark moved on my physics. Of course the covid is not simple for some: for me, it is the only explanation.
Thanks to all the team the bosses very listening to next year for the same room with the dog
