We live in South Surrey so this is an easy stop on 200th on the way to The Colossus Theatres. We love Damiko in South Surrey/White Rock so we knew this would be a great place to stop for a pre-movie dinner. Service was very friendly and the sushi was fresh and beautifully displayed. There are just so many in langley and this one doesn't really do anything to stand out. Gave it a few shots, it's decent but nothing that 20 other places aren't doing. View all feedback.
Quality and quantity has gone down and prices just keep going up. I see people have mentioned it's new wners so maybe that's why. I was over charged and they wouldn't change it.
I've been going to this restaurant for several years and seen them change owners. Recently, there was an ownership change. Initially the food was good, but now the quality and quantity have suffered. When I order the same item I ordered in the past, I noticed that there were several items missing from the dish.
Has been my go to for years and I suspect new ownership. Definitely won’t be returning the beef teriyaki rolls didn’t not taste like beef and they didn’t give any wasabi or ginger and they messed up our order.
Damiko Sushi is amazing, we always try to order too much food and the lovely owner helped us choose two different options instead of two very similar options. So sweet of her! We will be back for more delicious sushi!! Highly recommend this spot if you are in Langley!
Very friendly staff willing to cater to allergies celiac/gluten free. Their miso soup and wasabi doesn’t use wheat as filler, the miso soup is made in a gluten free facility, they have real crab available, and they offer gluten free soy sauce. (Philadelphia roll pictured) The food is very fresh and delicious.
