In recent visits to a local diner, patrons have reported a stark contrast in experiences. While some enjoy friendly service and generous portions with tasty diner fare, others face frustrating delays and organizational issues. Complaints have surfaced about outdated facilities and disheveled staff dynamics, leading to mixed reviews on service efficiency. Despite the challenges, certain dishes, like the berry French toast and breakfast burrito, have shone through, cementing the diner as a community staple. For those craving hearty meals in a cozy environment, potential improvements and consistency could elevate their dining experience even further.
The restaurant is in dire need of updates; it feels quite outdated. The women’s restroom, in particular, requires a complete overhaul and plumbing repairs. The food portions were generous, but our meals were merely average—it might depend on what you choose to order. We only saw two staff members during our visit: a cook and a server/cashier, but our server was excellent. Additionally, the parking lot has a large pothole that could damage vehicle axles and needs to be repaired.
This restaurant was a good old time Jerry's restaurant but I don't care for this place anymore the service is okay I guess but there's better places in town to
We had dinner and then breakfast here. Andrea served us both times. She has a beautiful smile and clearly loves people. She was so pleasant and energetic. Food was good, typical diner food from a family owned restaurant. Served fast and with a smile.
Very short staffed. 3 cooks and only 1 waitress with no bus help. Food should've been good but was cold due to understaffing. Will try again later to see if lack of staffing was a fluke or mismanagement.
Great food! I just wish they'd close for one day and deep clean the place. Its getting pretty nasty looking.
