We arrived at Silverback’s for lunch. The place was not busy. We were not greeted when we arrived. When my wife asked the waitress do we sit anywhere, she seemed annoyed. The bathrooms were filthy. We appreciated the waitress entertaining our son with a coloring book while we waited for our food. I really enjoy the take-and-bake options here. The food is delicious. Normally, I'm not a fan of liver and onions, but Kathy knows just how to prepare it!
It's a small town, but you'll definitely feel like you're part of the family here. The service is excellent and the food is fantastic. On Thursdays, they serve homemade hot beef sandwiches that are prepared fresh, and they’re some of the best I’ve ever had!
The food was delicious, and our server, Auden, was very friendly and attentive. It's a welcoming spot that the locals love to visit.
