The burgers at this restaurant are custom-made and fresh. Customers can also choose from a selection of fresh toppings. The burgers are delicious and juicy, with buns that are the perfect size to hold everything together without overwhelming the burger. The fries are also freshly made. The only downside was the Cajun seasoning on the Cajun fries, as the garlic flavor was too strong. View all feedback.

I have eaten here twice in the past six months. Overpriced. Burnt, limp and greasy fries. The cheeseburger was bland. The first picture is from the internet. The second picture was what I bought. Expectation versus reality. View all feedback.
Never tried this place before, was very suprised. Their fries are excellant!
Been a few years since I’ve been to a Five Guys and was a little disappointed. The burger was good and juicy but the fries were so undercooked. Limp, no crispness at all. Just sad fries really. The strawberry shake was good. But something as simple as French fries and at the premium price because they don’t give them away here, is just wrong. Fix the fries Five Guys! Much better places out there for less honestly. Not sure why I felt I had to come back. The service was good and the place is nice and clean but I’m there for the food.
Ordered a hamburger tonight #13...missing the whole patty. Tried to call to let them know... no one picked up. There we not busy. I understand mistakes happen. I would like at least a response from mgmt.
