Was Domingo Cruz at Classic Collision a mag?
I needed some body work done on my 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback. Classic Collision completed the repairs promptly and did an excellent job reassembling everything. Louie assisted me throughout the process and kept me well informed with great communication. View all feedback.
What Yolanda Brammer dislikes about Classic Collision:
Worst experience ever. They charged our insurance company over 16 thousand dollars and our vehicle spent months there and here we are a year later still trying to get it fixed right and they had it for another month and they just keep fixing it worse.Beware. View all feedback.

I had an excellent experience at this location. Alicia, who greets customers and answers the phone, was very helpful and friendly. Hollie B., my representative, was prompt, responsive and extremely helpful. The work done on my vehicle was excellent.Service: Body Trim
My advisor Louie was very professional and courteous everytime we interacted. OEM parts were used which really made my day. The repair made it seem as if nothing ever happened and I got it fresh off the lot. I'll come back for sure should the unfortunate happen to me again.Services: Painting
As soon as I collected my car, the mudguards scraped against the pavement, forcing me to bring it back immediately. Later on, my new emblem flew off while I was driving. Numerous trim pieces were missing, and while the vehicle was in their care, more damage occurred, such as a chipped headlight, with them refusing to take responsibility for it. They used aftermarket parts that clearly don't match the car and look awful. The hood hangs an inch lower than it should, yet they insist it is the right one and properly installed. They have been continually billing my insurance for additional costs, which now exceed the vehicle's worth and have driven my insurance rates up significantly. The car should have been deemed a total loss, but they fought with the insurance company to continue receiving supplementary payments, totaling over $17,000. After agreeing to address the initial repairs, my vehicle has been in their hands for nearly two more months, and the quality of the repairs is even worse this time. The positive reviews for this business actually belong to AMM, the previous owner, who did exceptional work. Classic Collision doesn’t hold a candle to them and does not deserve to benefit from AMM’s good reputation. Proceed with caution if you’re considering Classic Collision!
On the other hand, my overall experience has been the worst I've ever encountered, and I will never return to this shop. My Mazda has been trapped here for six weeks. They confused the estimate submission with Allstate and blamed the insurance company instead of taking responsibility for their errors. As a result of this mix-up, my claims were not approved in a timely manner because the insurance company overpaid me. This led to the involvement of an Insurance Adjuster, which significantly delayed the process. They initially told me it would take 2.5 weeks to fix, but it has now stretched to six weeks. I was supposed to pick up my car today, yet I am still receiving notifications from Allstate regarding information the shop is STILL submitting. What more could they possibly need? I was scheduled to collect my car today! Now, I must contact Allstate again. The one person who has been assisting me, Hollie, has finally taken her first PTO day of the year today, and the GM is supposed to handle my situation in her absence. However, she was responsible for mixing up the claims and provided me with an incorrect timeline. She has been in constant communication with me throughout this frustrating month and a half. During all this, I’ve had to cover rental costs out of pocket for the entire six weeks, when it should have only taken three, and their only response is to express their sympathy for my situation. Now, with a holiday approaching on Monday and the only person familiar with my claims on leave, I’m left with a rental car for an additional four days longer than necessary, which has already cost me about $1,100, not including these extra days. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessionally managed. As a paying customer, I chose to bring my car to this shop despite the many alternatives available, and I now feel like I’m being a nuisance just for trying to get my car back after enduring twice the expected wait time. It's simply unacceptable. I highly advise against bringing your car here unless you’re prepared to be without a vehicle for an extended period or deal with mismanaged insurance claims.
