The liver paste is the best dish here. Personally, I prefer the small intestines as they are more refreshing, while the large intestines are slightly greasy. The squid is also cooked to perfection, with just the right texture. Auntie's braising sauce is perfectly seasoned, especially when paired with mustard for an added kick. The more you eat, the more you crave it.
The mustard used in the spicy option burns your nose quite a bit! Get less spicy if you can't stand the sensation
