wished to try her thali, but unfortunately the meals came by until then and tried fried rice instead. 1. Baked rice (2/5) it costs rs 210 and is not worth the price. 2. veg fried rice (1/5) it costs around rs160 and did not meet expectations. 3. gobi munchurian (2/5) it didn't taste good either. overall the space is very clean and well maintained. great staff. check the masala dosha time it will begin only after 5.30... I have gone to Thali for many decades now. This us one place that truly has retained their quality very well. A bit overcrowded due to its popularity and rather tight for parking, but otherwise it always is a great treat to vist Thali!

This place in the city where you would definitely run to people you know, that is thali! one of the oldest restaurants in kottayam city! love the simple ambiente! I was often here when I was a child to an adult. the food is brilliant here! dosa, porotta, tee, filer coffee and much on the menu! love their different types of dosas! well, that is a must visit restaurant when they are in kottayam! it is old and has this charm too!
