Hey, I was actually really looking forward to my chanterelle schnitzel that evening, but I lost my mood when it was served to me in the Hemmer. The chanterelles had not been cleaned properly or had not been cleaned at all, so that everything was just sandy. I had the feeling that I was just biting on sand... A fantastic brewery with delicious Kölsch. The service is attentive, very friendly, and helpful. Five stars are definitely warranted.
