Sommers wie Winters nur zu empfehlen. Der Biergarten ist klein, aber für die Lage sehr gemütlich, das Bier ist gut gezapft und schnell serviert. Das Essen ist sehr gut, vor allem die zahlreichen Tapas sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wirt Effi ist immer für einen Plausch zu haben und steht auch oft selber am Herd. Als Restaurant würde ich es nicht bezeichnen, eher als Kneipe mit guter Küche. Viele Stammgäste sorgen für das nötige kölsche Flair. Bin ich in Köln, bin ich auf meist auf ein,zwei Kölsch hier.

Great Veedelskneipe with great host. Carnival is still broken, eat tasty, beautiful beer garden, many tribal republics! We are always happy to come to the Effi.
Very relaxed veil bar with sympathetic and fast operation. Very recommended food! When the FC plays or WM EM is always full of good mood. Musically everything is usually quite quiet volume, so you can enjoy super entertaining insider tip for carnival when you get it!
