A friend who has lived in the Cologne area for nearly 50 years recommended this small restaurant. I was in Cologne for six nights: I dined here three times. The menu is limited, but everything I had was very good. My only disappointment was, despite what my friend told me, there was no Wienerschnitzel with veal, only pork. The prices were moderate; the service was good. I shall return. View all feedback.

Went for lunch. Service could be improved, as waiter took my order wrong and they are not vey attent. Price/quality bit on the high side. Has a very nice terrace and is well situated close to Dom thus anyway worth for a fast lunch or a drink. View all feedback.
Siamo stati qui dopo aver letto le recensioni su tripadvisor. All'entrata eravamo contenti della nostra scelta, locale caratteristico e proprietaria all'apparenza simpatica. Alla vista del menù eravamo già meno convinti: prezzi davvero molto alti rispetto alla media e scelta non proprio vasta (nessuno stuzzichino o zuppa come antipasto, secondi per lo più a base d'anatra e, o costosissimi o, come ci ha spiegato la signora, composti da affettati e non consigliabili da dividere in due). Abbiamo optato per dividere una coscia d'anatra in agrodolce. Per un solo piatto abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti (e il locale era vuoto... c'eravamo noi e altre due coppie!). L'anatra era cotta malissimo, stopposa e immangiabile se non fosse stato per l'ottimo sughetto d'accompagnamento. Porzioni comunque abbondanti e siamo usciti di li comunque non morenti di fame (ci siamo comunque divisi un wurstel comprato in un casottino al mercatino di heumarkt). Per 4 birre e un piatto abbiamo pagato 26,30.......

Kleines aber sehr gutes Restaurant in der Altstadt - Essen und Service war top - sehr empfehlenswert.
The service is top, neco was very friendly and nice, the food was very tasty!
