Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Because of the many good reviews, we were really looking forward to dinner here. Unfortunately, one of the dishes we wanted to order wasn't available despite the very small menu and the food itself didn't blow us away either. Two thirds of it was just rice. For dessert, the baklava was perfection—not too juicy, not too sweet, just the right balance of crispy layers and tasty goodness. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, almost like dining in someone’s cozy living room. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food. If you love Persian cuisine or are looking for a vegan-friendly restaurant with soul, Zarathustra is a must-visit.
We had amazing vegan Persian food. Really delicious with crispy rice and plenty of vegetable sides. We'll definitely be back!
