DO NOT COME AND EAT HERE. My husband and I had our dinner here and we ordered Tom Yum soup, basil chicken, scallop and lobster. When the lobster came, both my husband and me realised that there were many worms on the lobster shell. We called out to the uncle staff that speak Chinese. The guy raised his voice and told us it was not worm and was normal to have such white spotting on the lobster. He even tried to scrap off the worms to hide this fact and worse is taking another uncooked lobster and showed us it was normal to have worms. He took our cooked lobster and showed to other diners and told them we were unreasonable and insisted and demanded us we pay for the bill. I told them we only pay for what we eat and would not pay for the worm infested lobster. The Chinese guy said he would call the police. We gladly accepted this arrangement but they didn’t proceed. The chinese Guy then called the restaurant manager over and even worst the manager told us although there was worms outside but the meat inside was still edible. There was zero sense of apologetic and they only cared about money instead of customer well being. He further add on the meat would not have worms as the shells prevented the worms from going in. We told him the worm was a sign of the lobster not being fresh and it would compromise our health eating it. He insisted the meat could still be eaten as the worm was only on exterior shell. We asked him would he eat it and he hesitated and again insisted we should eat it. Something he couldn’t eat but expect diner like us to eat. After back and forth he said he would consume the lobster but hold back when it was served . We also didn’t push on this topic as point is proven the lobster is not fresh and not edible. He eventually took a picture and called the boss. Swiftly they gave us the bill without lobster charges, we paid and left. No sorry, raising their voice throughout and zero regards for diner health being as they insisted it’s ok to eat the worm infested lobster just to charge on the lobster. The cost is small but risk is huge. Total zero business ethics and zero regards for people. Avoid at all cost. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
