I will give a five star just because of Daphney. She was so kind and helpful. There was also the other lady…really didn’t like her way, especially how she speaks to Daphney. If a employee have made a mistake, I suggest to talk to the employee in private. The coffee was Amazing! View all feedback.

I'm very happy with Mugg and Bean Matlosana Mall. The service and food is great. But very disappointed that my favorite slice of cake, chocolate mousse, is not available anymore. The new Belgian chocolate mousse cake is nota the same as the original chocolate mousse that I used to buy every weekend. And the new recipe for peppermint crisp cake is also not as decadent as before. View all feedback.
I had a wonderful experience at Mugg and Bean in Matlosana Mall. The food met all expectations, and the service was prompt. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our waiter, Brilliant, was very friendly and attentive. Overall, the service was exceptional. Thank you!
Hello, I visited Mugg and Bean at Matlosana Mall today. We were seated at table 28 by a waiter, but after a while, another server named Brilliant came to take our order. Our food was delivered by a different waiter, and then Brilliant disappeared. That was the last we saw any waiter. Our order was placed at 11:10, and we finished before noon, but we were left waiting for our bill. We noticed Brilliant come in with KFC and head straight to the back of the restaurant. We asked another waiter for our bill, but to no avail. Ultimately, we managed to get a manager who printed our bill. She left it on a random table without any explanation and didn’t wait for us to pay; she just walked away. So we left cash on the table and left. The service was incredibly disappointing, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
The food was delightful, and our waiter, Fifi, provided excellent service and offered wonderful recommendations.

The best restaurant in the mall to catch up on work. The Wi-Fi connection is super fast!! The coffee is great and the service is even better. The staff is always very friendly and you won't even realise that there is currently load-shedding. The seats are very comfortable and the food is divine. As a vegetarian, not many restaurants cater for my diet but you have great options available. Thank you for the super fast, friendly and helpful service always!!
