I've tried many KFC tenders over the years, and these do not measure up. They were dry and bland, and paying $15 for six pieces felt like a rip-off compared to Costco chicken strips. 1/5. View all feedback.

My son ordered the new BBQ Double Crunch sandwich, which was supposed to come with pickles, but sadly, there were no pickles on it. If you're running a promotion, please make sure to prepare the product with all the advertised ingredients.
I asked about the price I was charged, which was about $2 more than what was listed on the menu board. I was told that the menu board was outdated and the computer reflected the new price. Is that really an acceptable explanation? Have they heard of false advertising? Additionally, the woman at the register was wearing a glove while using her phone, wiping crumbs off the counter, and handling food items without changing her gloves or washing her hands in between tasks. I also noticed another staff member sitting on a step stool next to the counter, engrossed in her phone. I would have given this place one star, but they earned an extra star for the gravy.
I had the worst dining experience ever. The fries were overly salty, and the burger didn't taste nearly as good as it used to. The flavor was just strange. It felt like a waste of money, and I definitely won't be coming back.
Haven't had KFC in years, used to like it but it's expensive. Decided to treat myself, literally the worst chicken I've ever had. So greasy, weird looking chicken pieces, lack of seasoning, just inedible. Don't order from here, sooooo gross.
