Convenient location, quiet and cozy place, near stadiums, sports fields and tennis court. The chain of apartments is always a quality service. Therefore, they knew where we were going. Nice, new hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a fan in those rooms without air conditioning. Residence documents are issued, which is important for people on a business trip. Breakfasts have a good aesthetic and are generally tasty, the portion is average (but after all it is not a banquet). Coffee/tea is included in the price of breakfast, but for some reason the waiters do not offer it, you have to ask yourself. And in general, as of now, probably the best hotel in the city of Khust. We celebrated the children's birthday in the children's room of the institution, the service is catastrophic, the staff is either untrained or has no desire to work, more likely, the food is not worth visiting this institution for. Hello, I decided to leave my review I am a regular customer of the hotel, which already says that everything is good here. But there are small nuances that can be improved 1. (put a kettle in the room, because it is not comfortable and you don’t want to take the baby at 3 o’clock in the morning and go down to get water , 2. Put a safe in the rooms (many people come with money and jewelry, phones, etc. (it would be more comfortable to leave it in the safe instead of taking all the funds, documents, etc. with you to walk around the city every day 3. To make the children's room more free or at least more accessible to hotel residents. The kitchen is excellent the service is top notch the staff is very polite they always help with the suitcases, they will tell you everything and try to solve any questions regarding a comfortable stay in the hotel... I was a regular buyer of pizza, and once they sold it to us with overdue and smelly toppings, when I opened it at home it was a horror, I brought it back, they didn't want to replace it, they said it was a bit smelly, but you can eat it and immediately go to the hospital, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! And it is interesting that before that I was at the OKKO gas station and there they also complained about the Houston pizzeria. Rooms: 1
