We ordered a broth in which there was a dried insect, the administrator came to our request and offered to replace the dish at the expense of the institution. replaced with pasta that was undercooked. Very grateful. The staff is great. We were served by an incredibly nice young man. Knowledgeable and correct. The dishes are delicious. The salads here are simply superb.
