I worked for this restaurant. They prep almost everything homemade. It's been in town for years. The owner is an amazing women who loves her business, employees, and customers. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and difficult to get peoples food out in a timely manner. But it's worth the wait! One of the best experiences I have had in the local area. I called the restaurant at 7:15 to find out their closing time, and the waitress informed me they closed at 8. When I arrived at 7:20, all the chairs were stacked on top of the tables, making it impossible to sit down. Fortunately, a couple left and I was able to take their table. The waitress tried to place my menu on the table without wiping it off first, so I had to ask her to do so. At 7:30, another waitress yelled for my waitress to start dismantling the salad bar. The second waitress then got on her phone and started discussing her personal problems.
The waitress took my order and informed me that they were training someone new that day. I didn't mind waiting for them. However, after waiting for an hour, I was told that my order had never been started and that there were 40 other orders ahead of me. The waitress should have kept us updated on the situation and not made us wait for so long. I was very disappointed.
