What Cassie dislikes about Sheetz:
This sheetz is usually the best, but you've disappointed me tonight. You pay extra for nacho cheese when you get a pretzel. I noticed the girl had to open the cheese dispenser and squeeze a little, but it seemed to come out just fine then. When I gothome, the cheese cup wasn't even filled half way. Someone should've gotten more cheese or said they were out and given me mymoney back. View all feedback.
Been coming to this sheetz for years and it was great! Until about a year ago and the crew turned over. Now they don't care, they are rude and disrespectful and my food orders are always off and dumped into the bag to make a huge mess and usuallymissing something. I would recommend going across town to the other sheetz
I visited this Sheetz on a Thursday night, and the place was crowded with intoxicated partygoers, with no staff managing the situation. Food wait times exceeded 40 minutes. Throughout my visit, I saw only about three employees working despite the busy environment, and one kitchen worker was visibly upset and crying while preparing food. I cannot support a location that is so understaffed that employees are overwhelmed and vulnerable amid such a rowdy crowd. Sheetz should seriously address the nighttime working conditions.
This Sheetz near Kent is one of the worst locations. It's worth taking an extra five minutes to visit the Sheetz on Kent Road instead.
This Sheetz is usually my favorite, but tonight was disappointing. You have to pay extra for nacho cheese with the pretzel, and I saw the employee open the cheese dispenser and squeeze a bit—it looked fine at the time. However, when I got home, the cheese cup was less than half full. Someone should have added more cheese or informed me they were out and refunded my money.
