I spent a night away down here and upgraded to a superior room which was lovely and what I exactly asked for was I'm the room and they made it very special for our night and it was very romantic. We didn't have dinner here or use the bar so can't comment on that. But it was lovely to have breakfast cooked to order instead of been out on a counter and the food just left to go hard and soggy. Fantastic stay at Kenmare bay hotel! Staff at reception could not have been more helpful, letting us check in early as room was free, helping me charge my phone when I lost my cable. Ate dinner and breakfast there which were absolutely delicious. Rooms were clean, big comfy bed, pool was quiet and I enjoyed the sauna steam room etc! Be careful of the sink as it will soak your clothes if you put it on full! Otherwise Well done to all at KBH for giving us such a nice experience.
We booked Kenmare Bay Hotel for a group of 18 for a hen party and couldn’t have had a better experience. The booking process was so easy, and the team were incredibly accommodating any changes, including a last minute drop in numbers and room type adjustments, were handled without any fuss. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a group dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious, everyone really enjoyed their meal. The hotel offers great value and is just a short walk into town (although be warned, there’s a bit of an uphill struggle at the end of the night! . Highly recommend for group bookings or events, stress free and really well organised. Also had great amenities for families I'd happily go back with my little one for a different type of stay.
Beautiful spacious room and quiet hotel. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Breakfast served at the table according to choice and buffet as it should be. Very pleasant hotel and well located in the center with pedestrian path 5 minutes away. The hotel restaurant is also very good but it is preferable to book in advance.
