The Flask in Kelowna is a popular spot under new ownership since March 2020. Our menu features a variety of shareables, salads, burgers, entrees, and power bowls. In addition to our standard menu, our Chef creates a rotating fresh sheet to keep things exciting. We offer gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, as well as daily food and drink specials. With a focus on supporting B.C. breweries and Okanagan wineries, The Flask is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where people can gather, socialize, and enjoy delicious food and drinks. Join us for brunch every day until 2!.

Yup you would think by the looks of this place it was just your normal neighbourhood bar. And yes you could be right except that they have the most friendly staff and best of all a fantastic chef ( yes a chef ). Go hungry and enjoy.
I've yet to be disappointed by FSH. I love the fact that they have a dynamic menu that changes a few times a year.It's classy and I love the atmosphere. The Caesars are great and their Eggs Benedict are hands down my favorite! I've always had speedy and pleasant service even when it's been busy. You definitely can't beat their beer, burger and ticket to a game for $15. I'm so glad I found FSH and it's my go to place to eat or go for drinks! I liked the FSH page on Facebook so I know what the specials are incase I want to stop in for lunch. I highly recommend FSH!!
Typical, don't give a **** servers. Terrible fish tacos. Will never go back. If you are going to charge for food, at least make an effort.
*In response to the owner’s comment: many small-capacity restaurants manage to provide excellent food, service, and friendly management—this isn’t a valid excuse.
My sister and I attempted to have lunch there today. When we arrived, we were informed that they were out of yams, rice, fish and chips, and a few other items. After waiting for over 15 minutes, we tried to get the server's attention to place our order. However, after 45 minutes, we still hadn’t received our meals. It seemed that our server had forgotten to put in our order. We ended up waiting for 50 minutes without being served and decided to leave. I won’t be returning.
