Called on Sunday last week to order there. Unfortunately closed. Today I called again at midday and was told that they would definitely be there by 6 p.m., to which I said okay, I'll get in touch at 5 p.m. to order. When I called I was canceled again because it was already closed. And then just hung up. Sorry, that's not how you treat your customers. I won't try to order there again.
We were in Karlsruhe to visit the Theater Käuze (highly recommended! and discovered Russ Restorant. Impressively good organization. Thank you very much, everything worked out perfectly
