The first is that no English is spoken here. that should not prevent anyone from getting a meal: just choose what they want, give them their choice to the cook, and react to the cook to indicate the cooking method: suppe or fried (not sure whether it is ruched or shimmer-fried I went for the suppe). but if they have to talk to cook/server (e.g. about ingredients or cooking methods), some chineses are required. suppe was a noodle soup, with hand-picked noodles. Although the taste of the suppenbrühe was not bad, I could not really taste the kind I chose. no idea whether the suppe was too strong or that was nice to dirty. but a greater disappointment was the nudity: they quickly became soggy in the suppe. all in all my meal was a disappointment. but it is a popular place so, although it did not correspond to my taste, it seems to correspond to others, and it is late open what bonus points deserves. updated by previous review on Wednesday, 18 May 2016

The noodles quickly became soggy in the soup, which was disappointing. Despite my experience, this restaurant is popular and caters to others' tastes. It also stays open late, which is a bonus.
