I took my dad out to eat here for fathers day, we've been here before many times previously and it was always good, this time around it wasnt to bad but the food you can tell was dry for sitting out to long, and they dont have a huge selection but usually have better items than they did this time, my family enjoyed it, they need to being back their jalapeno poppers! What Horrible Service dislikes about Main Moon:
June 30th 2021,my family and I ate there, normally really good but today everything was nasty, cold,hard and cooked improperly. Plus the service is better in a port-a-potty then there. By 10pm,the whole family was hugging the toilet. It will be a REALLY long time before my stomach and I could walk in there again. View all feedback.
I had never visited this restaurant, but my family was hungry for Chinese food as it was Chinese New Year. I had ordered my food by phone and apparently thought I was ordering from the restaurant, but I wasn't. Apparently I ordered through grub hub pickup for the restaurant. This was a complication with my order that no one had encountered before and they said they didn't even have the service. The staff member researched the issue quickly and was friendly about it even though it was not encountered before and was incredibly busy. The Staff member showed me where the right number was for the restaurant on my phone. This was my first encounter with the restaurant and was a good experience even though there were complications as he was friendly and positive to get the issue resolved. The food was excellent and was packaged well for my pickup! I really appreciate the time and effort the staff member took to process my order quickly even though it was ordered unusually for them. The restaurant was decorated really nicely for the year of the Tiger as well. They seem to have plenty of seating despite the small front of the restaurant,cehich makes the restaurant smaller than it actually is. I also found out this restaurant has a buffet while I was there. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again for that buffet and for the great food. If you are ordering through Google Maps, order from the main number of the restaurant on the main page of the restaurant in Google maps, that is if you are ordering to pick up your food. Amazing! I don't go out to eat much, but when I do, it's always here. Food is delicious, staff are so sweet, and the atmosphere is beautiful.
One of the best Chinese restaurants around. All of the staff are fantastic, friendly, and just really nice to be around. The food is exceptional, and very reasonable.
Good selection of food at buffet. Dinner prices too high such that customers order tea or water to drink. Waitresses use tables too close to customers to do various tasks like cutting vegetables fixing the silverware. Buckets on floor for sanitizing silverware belongs out of sight however it's an important and necessary task due to recent health concerns. Rest rooms require update as too old, broken, inadequate otherwise, quick service and very good food here.
