I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's rudeness. It seems she doesn't understand what true customer service entails. I sincerely hope your team takes the time to review our feedback and complaints. The manager's negative attitude is not fitting for someone in her position. Overall, the service was very poor!
