We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The menu was extensive and there were plenty of options for vegetarians. The prices were reasonable too. We loved their salsa, not too spicy or bland but just right for our liking. The server was very pleasant and it didn't take long to get our order. View all feedback.

The only reason they get four stars is because this is El Roble, not Pueblo’s. They need to update their name. I accidentally ordered from here when I thought I was ordering at Pueblo Cantina. Food was awesome though.
Always the best! Love the staff. Maria usually waits on us and she is superb!I always go on wednesday get the speedy. Why mess up a good thing? The chips are warm and fresh and the salsa is spot on!Best Mexican joint in Jasper!
The food is always amazing here. The waitress was new friendly but needed more training. Clean and very affordable
