The staff was friendly and regularly checked on us. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, the floors hadn’t been cleaned recently, and the tables had crumbs and sticky spots. I had to deduct a few stars due to the lack of cleanliness in the lobby area.
The wait time at the drive-thru was incredibly long. The employee at the window was very apologetic and made sure I received my fresh, hot meal, but it was clear there weren’t enough staff to handle the orders efficiently. Also, the car ahead of me had three adults—if you’re ordering for three or more people, it’s better to go inside. Honestly, the drive-thru is intended for single drivers and families with children.
Unfortunately, this was the worst meal we have ever had at Fazoli's. It was essentially just sauce over noodles! It's disappointing, especially given that we spent over $24. To make matters worse, the floors were dirty. We will not be returning to this location!
I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Customers in the drive-thru should receive the same service as those dining inside the restaurant. The wait time was unacceptable.
