You would never think when passing this place that it would be as good as it is! I mean, it isn't champagne and caviar but it's good ole food! I VERY highly recommend it.
This place is hands down delicious and very down to earth good people running it 10/10 Try The Chicken Salad and youll be a repeat customer for life.
It is a great place to meet your friends, family! The food is so good for you and there's something for everyone! My mother and great aunt and I used to frequent the yum yum tree when it was located in Avondale shopping center! It's truly one of the land marks of Jacksonville. I enjoy it asking my friend there for lunch! 10 stars!!!
Love the Yum Yum tree!!! Service is always great and the food is too!! Love the open faced reubans, the chicken salad, the quiche and the coconut pie!!
