Order is never correct, always out of items, terrible customer service and mobile orders are never ready. This is pretty much on every single visit and it seems... read more Order is never correct, always out of items, terrible customer service and mobile orders are never ready. This is pretty much on every single visit and it seems to be drastically getting worse. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for two drinks after ordering ahead on the mobile app 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I was told they did not have one of the drinks I ordered, asked to pullup and then was left waiting 30 minutes for someone to bring out my two drinks. By that time my food was cold and one of thedrinks was also cold which just so happened to be the drink they claimed they did not have in stock. When I brought this up tothe employee she refused to correct although one drink was ice cold and comparison to the other as they were both supposed to behot drinks. I will not be returning to this location under any circumstances.

All... read more This place was insanely busy. They were clearly not prepared for this many people. We stopped here in passing while traveling and didn't have a ton of time. All I wanted was a green tea. I placed my order and the person who rang me up acted like I wasspeaking a different language. Then, just finding a place to stand while I waited was extremely difficult. After waiting aboutten minutes I realized something had to be wrong. I really didn't want to bother the staff making the food but all they had todo was put some tea in a cup. I didn't even want anything added to it. I was calm and very respectful when I asked about myorder and they were kinda snippy. I didn't say this but had they given me a cup, I could have poured the drink myself and beenoutta there in a few seconds. Looking at the orders being prepared it was very clear they skipped me because of the ordernumbers were way higher than mine. When I finally got my tea it tasted over brewed to the point of being very bitter. I wouldnot waste my time here again.
