Was Lara Ellsworth at Culver’s a mag?
The service is consistently excellent, and the food is delicious. The meals are made to order, and they're served surprisingly quickly. We do have one odd observation: why are the napkins usually crammed into the bag in a messy bundle? Everything else is so organized and neat. Two words: Raw PorkI received and bit into a raw pork tenderloin sandwich. I immediately turned around and returned. The employee that greeted me had no idea what to do, and flagged her manager over. The manager proceeded to order a new sandwich extra crispy without mentioning that part (I saw it on the receipt later). Disappointing experience. Took foreve to get the food, burger was dried out and fries were old and lukewarm.
The food was warm and tasty, and they were efficient. The bathrooms are clean. Over great experience.

I have never had bad food or service from Culver 's, but I will never be going back to this location. Terrible food and service. Even my refired sandwich was practically burnt this time.
