This restaurant definitely does not deserve a rating of four out of five stars! I went there for lunch with my sister, who has Down Syndrome, and our waiter barely acknowledged her existence. This is the best scratch breakfast I have had in awhile. The service was very friendly. Anyone going to jackpot, skip the buffet garbage and go here, amazing.
This restaurant definitely does not deserve a rating of four out of five stars! I went there for lunch with my sister, who has Down Syndrome, and our waiter barely acknowledged her existence. He stood far away from our table and only spoke to me. When I asked about the cheese options, he simply said they only had American cheese available. Despite the fact that there were only two other customers in the restaurant, our food took an incredibly long time to arrive and when it did, it was not good at all. The service was severely lacking and there was no kindness shown towards us. The waiter seemed to favor the other customers, engaging in conversation with them while ignoring us. This behavior is discriminatory and judgmental. In my opinion, this restaurant doesn't even deserve one star.
Rude Mexican staff , the woman hardly spoke English and the man was rude as hell I ask for grilled chicken for my five year old , no we don't have that he said. Then I ask for kids menu , no we don't have that. Stone faced the entire time as he acted like waiting on me was a real inconvenience. How does the place have four stars ,?? Oh all his family leave reviews. And instant tea , not fresh brew? Gross. Then I point out the grilled chicken sandwich on the menu , I said that's grilled chicken ?!! He said no that's a sandwich tho ! Will have to charge you full price ! I said that's fine. Flies are flying around my face as I sit here n wait. This place and this these people are awful. Don't stop here. Starve until the next time or go to a gas station and get Doritos.
Recently, I had the most delicious homemade breakfast at a wonderful restaurant in Jackpot. The service was exceptionally friendly, which added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. I highly recommend skipping the buffet and coming straight here for a tasty dining experience you won't regret!
