friendly and nice staff. I have asked and got all my answers that the young lady needed to explain. parking and parking is in order, although this was 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. friends had said that the staff is very good. if it's about or in this area, I'd look over again. many people who go in and out so they can just show. Final straw last visit I asked for a tall size drink and once again I get given and charged for a larger one, despite me asking them to repeat my order and to confirm I said tall. Refunds are apparently v hard to give so they are making money out of scamming customers. Go elsewhere to one of the lovely independent cafes in town. Avoid! View all feedback.

Ordered 2 cappuccinos to take away. When picked them up to noticed they were really light in weight. Mentioned that they both seemed to be more froth than coffee and asked for them to be redone. No apology and just dumped in front of me. What a miserable load of staff! McDonalds in future and half the price!!!!
Extremely miserable staff, unapproachable, unacomdating. Would rather stand and watch commuters than serve.
They consistently nail it every time at my favorite Starbucks in Ipswich! And a special shoutout to my favorite employee, Jo, who always goes out of her way to bring a smile to our faces! Well done, Starbucks Ipswich!
