Had a fantastic dinner at Meating in Ipoh. We ordered the aged strip loin, lamb rack with creamed spinach, New Zealand balsamic ribs gnocchi, and Hawaii Supreme BBQ chicken each dish was cooked beautifully, well-seasoned, and full of flavour. I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The food was below expectations, and the service left much to be desired. We had brought a birthday cake, and not only was there no effort or courtesy to present it with a simple song, but when we requested the table to be cleaned before the cake cutting, it was done poorly and without care. For a special occasion, this was a letdown and definitely not the experience we were hoping for.Never coming here again, many other better options. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
