Red - Industry
Red
Description
Red Restaurant, located in a hotel in City of Industry, offers excellent service and food. While some diners were disappointed about being moved from the Seeblick experience to the lobby-level restaurant, the overall experience was positive. The outdoor seating offers amazing views and a Caribbean island vibe, perfect for special occasions or first dates. The food received mixed reviews, with some dishes being delicious while others fell short. Service was attentive but slow at times, especially in the main restaurant area. The bar area received high praise for efficient service and delicious food. Despite some hiccups, Red Restaurant is a good choice for a family gathering or a relaxed night out, just be prepared for potential waits and some discrepancies in service quality.

Was Dan's Baking and Cooking at Red a mag?
Daughter took me to a Fathers Day dinner. Great overall. She had the filet. And I had the marinated chicken. Everything was delicious. Probably the hottest plate and food I have ever received from any restaurant. And that says a lot. Very attentive. Staff must have asked four or five times while we were seated. Drinks stayed full, bread always warm, appetizers delicious and fresh. We will be back. View all feedback.
What Vinnie Muhwezi dislikes about Red:
unfortunately we didn't feed in the red restaurant. the day of our reservation someone called and left a message that it is in construction so that we eat in another restaurant in the same hotel. at the time our big party is hard to change the venue, so we just went along. I had hoped to sit and rest, but I stood there for what seems to wait 20-30 minutes until the staff give us a functional highchair that is not bro... View all feedback.

Overall it is a nice place to have dinner, but for the price I would have expected the food to be better. The chicken was a bit chewey and dry.
Very sub-par food. Calamari tasted like it was fried at KFC, way too much batter. Calamari not fresh. My ribeye was thin and just quality of meat was bad. Asked for medium-rare and was over cooked. Everything lacked in flavor. For a $65 dollar steak, not worth it. Scallops were cooked ok but with ZERO flavor. The puree lacked also. Scenery was nice. I think you are payingfor a social setting, not food.
We were there to celebrate a birthday. There were 17 of us , seated outside amongst beautiful surroundings. We all ordered alcohol, the drinks were excellent ! We all ordered an entree and here's what I'll say about the food . I ordered the sesame wok, steak with veggies and white rice . My sister ordered the same . The sauce over the steak and veggies was overwhelmingly saltyso it was hard to enjoy the flavors of the steak or veggies. My sister agreed, too salty. A family member ordered the steakmedium rare. It was cooked medium well. I guess I was expecting quality food flavor for the prices charged for each entree. Iwon't go on because the best part of the night was the service. Melissa was fabulous! She should be promoted ! Our bill wasclose to $900. We would've been fine with that had the food been outstanding. Will I go back ? Probably not
