The waiter's order took 30 minutes to arrive. When I mentioned this to the server, they explained that the order was already placed. Another person who arrived after us and ordered napkins had already left before our food arrived. The service was very slow.
Excellent location! Situated right next to the main road, this is a perfect spot for a quick stop for a snack, meal, or refueling.
The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. This restaurant is always a great stop on the highway. Excellent job by the staff!
The Imatran ABC Service Station Restaurant is a stark contrast to the ABC:stt Night and Day restaurant. The restaurant space is comfortable and well-planned, featuring old historic images of Imatra and urban scenes. The large restaurant is conveniently divided between the main dining area and a Hesburger section. Customers waiting for their food are entertained by the cashier's spinning goods display. The service is average, according to my experience and other people's feedback. The menu offers the typical central kitchen lunch set found in all ABC restaurants, with some minor exceptions. The portions are generous. There is a large playground for children near the entrance, although it may be unexpected. The toilets are clean.
