this is a nice hotel near the shopping center in ibarra. spacy, comfortable and clean rooms. they take the biosafety very seriously. eating is very good, they serve the three meals, but only the breakfast could be included. the personal is wonderful. they have a beautiful mid pool hof, uncovered, everything is white and blue and looks perfect to restore their energy. The only reason we were at this place was the original hotel where we should stay was closed. this place reminds me of hotels from the 70s with large functional rooms and bars and dining rooms, waiting with workers in sharp uniforms. first impression: when I asked if they were open, because it was difficult from the road, no cars parked outside and dark glass windows into which you cannot see. the receptionist was pleasant and did not speak English. I asked to see the room, she was confused and said: "No, I have photos". I said, “No matter.” we were at night for two. the reason I was impressed was the bar and the dining room on the right side when they entered. the rate on google was $108 per night. the lady gave us a price of $80 per night including breakfast. the room was clean, bright and large with a very comfortable temperature. the 2 beds were sufficient for us. the lakes were beautiful, and the matratze was right for me. both had reading light above the bed, the room had a writing with a writing light. they supplied each of us with a bottle of water, and the bathroom had sofe, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and sufficient towels for two people. the bathroom was separated into 2 smaller rooms - one had a sufficient size shower, wc and müllcontainer; the other had the sink with sufficient space for toilet articles, müllcontainer and 2 cabinets with hangars for clothes, a safe, ironing board and ironing. the bedroom had a nice T.V at a good placement level for TV screening from the bed. there was no a/c or fan, but the room was very comfortable for the sleep, as we kept the bathroom window open that did not affect our security. the meals we had there were good and sufficient. overall the stay there was very pleasant and relaxing. the reason we gave him 4 instead of 5 stars was the waiter in our last breakfast seemed preoccupied, said: yes, as one of us ordered juevos escafados, then came back with rührei. the translation for “poisoned” is escafados translate into google. the waiter said after he had brought the order that they didn't stab a vulture. Then why did he first take the order?
Nice hotel with good parking. Delicious food, but the breakfast could use improvement and the menu is a bit pricey. Rooms were comfortable with a nice bathroom. Service was tip notch, especially Ivan in the dining room.
