Was Whang Kuyeon at Tops Grill 탑스 그릴 a mag?
I had the most satisfying meal at this Korean restaurant in Cebu compared to all the others I've visited. I particularly enjoyed the honey ribs and the mango shake; both were simply delicious. The pickup vehicle was spacious, making it comfortable for our group of six. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the honey garlic ribs! Of course Tops Grill Cebu Mactan Top!! It's better because you can create the same old-fashioned atmosphere. I will finish my trip to Cebu happily again with good food and good music that tastes better than expensive hotel resort food. The owner is very kind and the food is especially delicious. It reminds me of the chili shrimp, which is a taste that Koreans like using ingredients from other places.
