I ordered a unicorn cake from the Bridge Street location online and was informed they did not have enough inventory to complete the project due to fulfilling orders for the Parkway Mall location while it was temporarily shut down. Paid $65 for my sons birthday cookie cake… lacking detail and clearly looks rushed. Icing is not as thick in certain areas, stuff not centered, etc. was given the run around on black icing being dried up the morning I needed my cake. If you want a stress free experience, and a decorator who actually knows what they’re doing and takes their time, I’m sure you could find literally any other location to go to. View all feedback.
