I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food is delicious. I ordered takeout for lunch and found the prices to be reasonable, around $10–20 per person. The staff were friendly and attentive, answering questions and checking in on us during our meal. However, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. There were two sauce options, which tasted decent, but I personally prefer a thicker consistency. I’m also not fond of restaurants that run out of several items. Passing through Huntsville looking for somewhere to eat lunch. Google recommends this place as one of the top 10 places to visit so we gave it a try. Texas style smoked ribs, brisket, jalapeño sausage and chicken was awesome! French fries and potato salad sides were just as awesome as the meat. Over the top friendly staff were very polite, respectful, and provided great service. Price was very reasonable. Did I forget to mention desert? We ordered a slice of buttermilk pie to go and really enjoyed that as well. Definitely check this place out if your in Huntsville or close by.
The catfish plate here is one of the best meals I have had after moving back to southeast Texas.

The food is simply outstanding, boasting a solid 5 out of 5. The service is equally impressive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is inviting and adds to the overall charm of the place. I highly recommend trying the Smoked Chicken and the Ribs paired with Jalapeño Sausage – both are delicious! Don't miss out on the Fried Shrimp and their tasty sandwiches. For sides, the Coleslaw and Potato Salad are must-haves. And if you have room for dessert, the Pecan Pie and Buttermilk Pie are delightful treats. Also, the Chopped Brisket is definitely worth ordering. Overall, this spot is a winner for a satisfying meal!
