This is the second time I've made a reservation, and the second time I've found the restaurant closed. At both locations, I was informed that my reservation was not valid because they were closed. It would be helpful if they could reach out to customers with reservations to notify them of closures.
The sound quality of the sound system was terrible, with too much treble in the mix and/or speakers that couldn't handle the music, making it overly loud and creating a stifling atmosphere. While this might be acceptable later in the evening, we arrived at 7:30 PM intending to enjoy some food, a beer, and a conversation, but we ended up leaving after just one drink. We didn't have a table reserved (which was fine since it wasn't too busy), so we tried to locate the quietest spot in the place. It's unfortunate because the food looks fantastic, and we plan to return to try it, but at a time when we can actually talk without shouting across the table.
