What G Osorio dislikes about Russo's New York Pizzeria:
The restaurant appears to close early, at 6 PM, and when I visited, the soda machine was out of order. Customers are required to pay and place their order before being seated. When I arrived at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday, the place was empty. The menu only offered pizza. View all feedback.
She confronted us in front of everyone over an extra cup, accusing us of taking it without paying. I can afford to pay for an extra cup if it comes down to it. The way she addressed us publicly was disrespectful, and it felt as though she was accusing us of stealing a fountain drink that we had already paid for. To make matters worse, only two soda flavors were working on the machine, yet we were charged full price without any mention of the issue. It’s quite baffling how that works. After this experience, I definitely won't be returning, and I will be advising my coworkers not to spend their money here either.
Avoid like the plague. Lights were turned off when I went in, she flipped them back on when I said I wanted to place an order. Took forever to boot the card reader which declined my card three times in a row and she wanted to do it a fourth time and it was just a crazy weird vibe
This is a dying restaurant. They were out of everything including pizza by the slice. We ordered the caprese and a medium pizza. We waited for 45 minutes and finally left.
Food was ok not bad at all but nothing to brag about in my opinion. Service was great, the young lady who took my order today was very kind and professional and handle me and my food with care.
