When we arrived, the keys to our room didn’t work at first, which took about 15 minutes to resolve. Once we finally got in, we found used towels in the corner and a wet washcloth in the shower. The air conditioning was inadequate, and I woke up sweating. The next morning, while taking a bath, the handicap rail I was holding onto came right out of the wall, causing me to fall into the tub. I ordered what was supposed to be a traditional Mexican dish, but it turned out to be some of the worst food I've ever had. I would definitely stay away until they have a chef who knows how to cook properly. View all feedback.
The room was lovely, featuring a nice balcony. The lounge was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was attentive. I will definitely return!
My first experience at this hotel was fantastic. I will definitely return and recommend it to others. The staff was outstanding; everyone I interacted with provided excellent customer service right from the moment I arrived.

I wasn't pleased about paying $27.00 for this experience either. We paid $300 a night for a room, and when I reported these issues the next morning, all they said was, “I'm sorry.” I was not impressed at all!
Super super SLOW service! I ate here 3 times over 2 day period because of the convenience of being in the hotel. It appears they are understaffed.
Ate here one time while staying at Hotel Derek and ended up with horrible food poisoning. I was sick for over a week, but the hotel was nice enough to let us have a 3pm check out after spending the entire night hugging the toilet.
