Feedback
Karma has built a reputation for bold, comforting Indian plates and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Guests repeatedly praise signature dishes — butter chicken, dal makhni, lamb chops and tandoor specialties — and many highlight consistently tasty presentations and good value. The restaurant also attracts celebratory bookings, offering private rooms, parking and live Bollywood-style entertainment that suits parties and family events.
However, reviews note uneven front-of-house experiences: slow service at busy times, occasional issues with dish timing or temperature, and at least one reported managerial lapse in courtesy. Overall Karma is seen as a vibrant spot with standout food and a party-friendly vibe, best enjoyed with a little patience on peak nights.
I held my child's birthday party at this restaurant on Sunday and it exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, some of the best I've had in India or the UK. Many of our guests complimented the food and the atmosphere. Bikram, the owner, and his team were extremely accommodating and made it a memorable day. I highly recommend Karma for parties or for a tasty Indian meal with loved ones.
I checked out the website and it looked great, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The food was not good at all. As a lover of Indian food who has been to many restaurants, I have never been so disappointed. They didn't even say goodbye when we were leaving. My advice is to think twice before spending your money there. Thank you.
Visited with my friends amazing food . Best ambiance Tandoor dishes awesome Will visit again as they give u a discount or a loyalty card
How I came across Karma. Few days to Valentine’s Day karma has been advertising valentines special on the radio very frequently listening to it I was quite intrigued so then decided to view there site and reviews on trip adviser so far the pics the reviews looked like a good sign so then I booked a table for 2 then couple of days later called again and added two more seats as my mate wanted to come along with his mrs after I told him about karma. I then received a text message 2 hours before my booking with the details of the food and there was the bit where they explained about the food and the timing of the starters to mains where 1 hour and 30min wait which was really annoying as it was a special evening didn’t want to wait for that long if it was explained better then I wouldn’t have booked a table would have gone elsewhere food was o k ish service was o k ish too must say the way it was advertised on the radio and on the website it was nowhere like it would not recommend.
I went for a meal with 3 of my friends. We were allowed to take our own alcohol as their licence hadn't started yet. The staff asked us a couple of times what we'd like to order and we told them that we were catching up after ages so was it ok to order a bit later, which they agreed too. The food was tasty, although we had to send the ginger chicken back as it didn't taste of any ginger at all. Overall the food was presented well, tasted good and you couldn't see any oil floating on top like you do at some Hounslow restaurants. I think the price is average for what we ordered. If was definitely a bonus that we could take our own alcohol. The deco of the restaurant is lovely and welcoming. I would definitely be going back again.
