I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent and very friendly. I really appreciated being able to see on their display board exactly when my pizzas would be ready, and sure enough, they were brought out to me promptly. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Pizza Hut:
There is a no travel advised in Rapid City and you apparently do not care if you are putting your drivers at risk. Let me tell you no amount of money or pizza is worth having to go out and putting the drivers out on the road. You should be closed. But like I said you apparently dont care about the drivers. View all feedback.
I am visiting from out of town and when I called to place a delivery order, the person who answered did not understand the mobile number I repeated to him three times.

It took 30 minutes to receive my carry-out order on a slow night. I always wonder why I continue to order from this restaurant.
