Hidden in a nondescript strip mall, this lively Mexican spot serves authentic flavors, standout chicken tenders, homemade chips and churros at reasonable prices. Diners praise the vibrant atmosphere and generous menu, but experiences vary: some report excellent meals while others note bland or cold dishes, order and billing errors, slow service, and a serious hygiene incident. Servers may have limited English but are generally accommodating; busy nights can strain management. Recommended for adventurous families and casual diners, with caution about service consistency and cleanliness.
Very busy restaurant, we'll staffed with very pleasant servers. Started us off with a bowl of homemade tortilla chips and salsa, was fantastic! Dinner was a burrito and fried enchiladas, both were incredible!
I went to this restaurant for dinner with my family, and we were all excited to try it out. The chips and salsa arrived quickly, but we had to wait a long time for our food. Unfortunately, the meal was disappointing and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, while my wife was eating her molcajete with rice, she found a roach! It’s incredibly concerning that there was a roach in the rice, especially since my 1-year-old was with us. We were absolutely disappointed and cannot recommend this place at all. We were seated at table 15, and our waitress was Luci.
I had a great experience with the Chicken Fingers and Fries. The restaurant had a wonderfully authentic Mexican atmosphere. While the fries were decent, the chicken tenders were hands down the best I've ever tasted. They definitely deserve a spot on the main menu instead of just being on the kids' menu. At $7.99, the price was quite reasonable. The wait time for the food was average. Overall, I'm very pleased with my visit.
Highly recommended for authentic food. The waitress provided excellent service. Nice atmosphere, clean, and food was out quickly.
