At this popular eatery, long wait times are a common theme, often exceeding 20 minutes, regardless of the hour. While the food quality impresses many patrons, consistent stock shortages—like missing cheese or meat—leave diners puzzled about operational efficiency. A solitary staff member frequently sweeps through the line, showcasing commendable dedication amidst a backdrop of apparent disorganization. Meanwhile, multiple employees linger in the back, neglecting the needs of the customers. This disparity between service and food quality creates an odd dining experience, leaving diners torn between the desire to return and the frustration of inconsistent service.
The young lady working the line all by herself, start to finish (including taking money) did a great job... I could see other employees messing around in back, but no one helped her. This indifferent attitude is consistent at Chipotle locations aroundthe area, but the food at this location tends to be better than the others.
Worst Chipotle of all time. They never have people staffed. They never answer the phone, they never have online orders ready, they never have food on the line. Here is a picture of their line, and order's waiting to be made, quick question where's the Restaurateur focus? Never going to happen for this location, they will be lucky if they are still open in 2022.
The young woman working the line by herself did an excellent job, even handling payments. I noticed other employees wandering around in the back, but none came to assist her. This lack of support seems to be a recurring issue at Chipotle locations, but I must say that the food here is better than at others I’ve visited.
It doesn't matter the time of the day you go into you will always be in line at least 20 minutes. Almost always when I go here, they're out of something. Today they were from cheese. A few weeks ago they were from all meat and cheese (how can you be open? . I stood over 20 minutes in the line as a person was there that helped all customers. I saw at least four employees in the back, who basically don't do anything. This shows a very bad customer service and makes it as if it is not important to offer your customers an efficient, good service. Kudos to the young person behind the counter who takes care of every customer.
