During my visit on November 16, 2023, around 3:30 PM, I found the staff at the drive-thru to be unfriendly and quite unpleasant. Given that McDonald's and Taco Bell are conveniently located just across the street, I have decided to take my business there in the future.
I recently dined at a new Wendy's in my town, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and very attentive. My burger was fresh, and the french fries were hot and crispy. I highly recommend this place! The drive-thru service was impressively quick—faster than the McDonald's right next door. I will definitely be back!
I ordered the Double Baconator, and my brother chose another double burger. We went through the drive-thru and started eating our burgers while driving. Unfortunately, they were quite disappointing. They were dry and didn't have the fresh taste we usually anticipate. If I hadn't been so occupied, I would have turned the car around to ask for a refund.
This Wendy's location is different from the typical ones I’m used to, and I was a bit surprised by the layout at first. When you enter, there's a small area with two self-service ordering kiosks where you can place your order or get help from a staff member. Rather than a traditional counter or cash registers, everything is handled through digital screens. After you order, you can sit down and they’ll call your name when your meal is ready. A nice touch is that you can see right into the kitchen. There's also a handwashing station conveniently located outside the restrooms. The parking lot is spacious and easily accessible from the traffic light on US 19.
I just visited this Wendy's a little while ago and ordered a $5 meal deal that came with a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and four chicken sandwiches, with extra honey mustard and mayo. THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE! This is hands down the best Wendy's I've ever been to. Thank you for brightening our day! The staff was friendly and super efficient. Keep up the great work, everyone!
