Highly recommended and delicious, you have to try it! The best breads in town
The taste of Balkan food... All recommendations to visit Sofra ...recommendations for ćevape and burek, but also Tulumbe.
I suddenly had a craving for burek and cevapi and wasn't disappointed at all! If you only hear foreign languages spoken in a restaurant, you're sure to find good food. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a bit since the menu photos were taken; one burek is now €5 and 10 cevapi are €12, but that's still not terribly expensive. The food was really delicious and tasted exactly like Bosnian food I know. The desserts looked wonderful too, but I was already full and pressed for time. You can also take everything to go, whether it's main courses or pastries. I would have loved to get 15 burek; mine was surprisingly good! I'm Romanian and I will 1000% come back; this is a real piece of the Balkans in Leipzig.
