I've been visiting this place with my family for years. It's an excellent spot for Boba. The line can get a bit long, so it's a good idea to arrive early, but overall, the wait isn't too bad.

This is one of the few places nearby where I can get a Thai Iced Tea Bubble Tea, and it is absolutely fantastic!

We were in the area/passing by, craving boba, and stopped here at the mall just to go to this boba place. It was fine and served its purpose. The drinks were sweet (as we usually adjust the sweetness at boba places), but I don't know that you can at this place, which my kids don't mind at all.
