The service was very slow. It took a long time to process my online order, and when the food finally arrived, everything was overcooked and crispy. Perhaps it was just an off night for them, but I think it will be some time before I give this place another chance. View all feedback.
We recently visited Sonic in Holdrege and waited in line. When we finally got up to the ordering station, we were told that they were closing. The website indicated that they were open until 11:00, so we were very disappointed.

The service was quite slow. The staff seemed more interested in looking at each other's phones and chatting than attending to customers. When they finally came to the window, they didn't even know which order was mine. To make matters worse, the price they charged was different from what I was quoted at the speaker! I had to inquire about the price increase, and they simply shrugged it off, saying it was a mistake.
